Park Inn By Radisson Hotel Astana - Nur-Sultan (Astana)

Fairly nice stay, as always. Good breakfast with amazing omlets; decent staff. Neat, new-fashioned room with seating for up to 8 or 10 attendees😃

The room was spacious and had a wonderful street view. the location was great, just a short walk from a multi-purpose stadium. - the hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to access nice restaurants and coffee shops. - We stayed at Park Inn Astana for two nights and enjoyed our time there.

the hotel was pretty standard with attentive staff and an excellent location near everything. location: the property was really close to centre, and the tourist attractions. ate at mamma mia, it's not very far from the venue. there was a nice bar and good food at the attached restaurant.

Really good cleanliness and modern rooms. The shower was fantastic, providing a refreshing experience. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although an omelet station would have been a plus.

Central Location and Breakfast

The hotel has a great location in the heart of the city, which was perfect for celebrating New Year's Eve. The breakfast offered was incredible with a lot of delicious options to choose from, including hot and cold dishes.

The room was not up to standard. The sheets were stained and the bathroom was dirty.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities, including a great breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, very close to the park, the river, and everything we needed. Transportation was easy and convenient, making it easy for us to get around the city.

Spent Christmas in Astana and had a great time at this hotel! the breakfast was fantastic, loved the freshly baked goods and hot coffee. We also received complimentary drinks on arrival which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the river and within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. Plus, the staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home.

The lack of drawers in our room, which made it a bit difficult to unpack and organize our things. there wasn't a kettle or any coffee/tea making facilities, which would have been nice on chilly mornings.

The hotel is perfectly situated next to a beautiful river and within a short walk to the park. It is also very close to the business area where we needed to go for our meetings. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the breakfast was excellent with a variety of fresh foods. We also enjoyed the peaceful view from the hotel. the front desk staff was polite and helpful. We appreciated having a decent wi-fi connection.

The hotel lacked drawer storage for clothes.

I especially loved the blackout curtains, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and the delicious omelets served at breakfast.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Nur-Sultan! The staff were really nice and the facilities were great. The breakfast had a fantastic choice, especially the amazing omelets. I also loved that there was a grocery shop nearby for convenience. The location was good too, not far from the central street and restaurants.
